HOSPITAL RINGS UP UNEXPECTED SAVINGS
A large hospital center had recently completed its own telecommunications audit after a large-scale capital improvement. UtiliSave was brought in to take a second look, as its contingency fee-based pricing provided a no-lose proposition for the Telecommunications Director - even though no additional savings were expected to be found. UtiliSave put its Telecommunications Team to work and identified about $500,000 in savings - which were caused by poor practices utilized by the hospital center's contractors during its capital improvement. The result: Unexpected savings and better practices for future contracting work.
