Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through multiple channels.
• Identify and target new account prospects through warm/cold calling.
• Cultivate new business through qualified leads.
• Consultative selling to Directors and Executives to establish appointments for outside sales representatives.

Requirements:

• Excellent phone manner.
• Experience/Ability to interact with "C" level contacts and Department Heads.
• Ability to sell a service.
• Able to devote minimum 4-5 hours per day Monday through Thursday.

Position: Outside Sales

Responsibilities:

• Develop sales leads and identify prospects within target markets and industry segments; close sales.
• Increase sales using a variety of sales/marketing techniques i.e. value based pricing strategies, event marketing etc.
• Assist in the development of corporate marketing materials – brochures, client newsletters, web content.
• Conduct adhoc research and analysis of competitive market and identify opportunities for market penetration.

Requirements:

• 5 years sales experience, experience selling a service a plus.
• College Degree preferred.
• Able to independently solve problems and develop creative sales solutions.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence decision makers.

Position: Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Design and draft collateral sales materials, write sales correspondence and presentation materials
• Administer sales kits and mailings to clients
• Assist in planning and execution of trade shows, client and internal employee events
• Design and draft client newsletters and other promotional material

Requirements:

• Excellent organization and project management skills. Adept at coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, in a timely and efficient manner.
• Strong internet research skills.
• Outstanding communication skills (oral and written). Adept at interacting with a multitude of individuals, including senior executives, vendors, and clients.
• Strong computer skills including word-processing, database management and desktop publishing. Art skills a plus.
• Team player, always willing to provide assistance and support to peers at all levels.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in marketing field
