Position: Data Entry Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Provide data entry support using proprietary software and Excel spreadsheets.
- Compile, sort, and verify accuracy of data to be entered.
- Compare data entered with source documents to detect errors.
- Keep track of historical utility, industry and client related data.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years data entry experience within a corporate environment
- Ability to work in a high volume-related environment
- Highly reliable to accomplish tasks within required timeline
- Ability to handle several projects simultaneously, either individually or in a team setting
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Can apply discretionary judgment to situations and tasks
- Detail oriented, highly organized with strong follow-up skills
