UtiliSave's Human Resource Department plays a two-fold role within our rapidly growing organization. The first is to actively recruit qualified candidates for job opportunities. Our goal is to seek out candidates who excel in their fields. We use a variety of recruitment vehicles that range from online sourcing & career fairs, to building relationships with specific industry related and occupational related organizations. The second role is to create company practices, workplace & compensation and benefits programs that reward our people for their contributions to our company's success while ensuring they develop as professionals and get the most out of their UtiliSave experience.
