William A. Ackman

Jeffrey Steinberg
William A. Ackman is a founding principal of Gotham Partners Management Co.
and it's affiliates. Mr. Ackman has co-managed the partnership since its inception.
Prior to forming Gotham Partners, Mr. Ackman was a principal with Ackman Brothers
& Singer, Inc. where he arranged and structured equity and debt financing for real
estate investors and developers. He received an MBA from the Harvard Business School
and a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard College where he graduated magna cum laude. He is
Chairman of the Jerusalem Foundation.

David P. Berkowitz is a founding principal of Gotham Partners Management Co. and it's
affiliates, and has co-managed the partnership since its inception in 1993. Mr. Berkowitz
was a technical development specialist with Amoco's engineering plastics division and,
subsequently, managed Pixley-Richards, a custom manufacturing and engineering service
company in Plymouth, Massachusetts. Mr. Berkowitz holds a Bachelor and Master of Science
in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and received an
MBA from the Harvard Business School, where he was awarded a Baker Scholarship.

Jeffrey Steinberg, most recently served a Mothernature.com's Chief Marketing Officer. Prior
to that, Mr. Steinberg was Vice President of Marketing for Net Grocer, Inc., an online
retailer of grocery products, from February 1997 through December 1998. From 1995 to 1997,
he was a manager at A.T. Kearney, a management consulting firm, he working within their
consumer products consulting practice and specializing in interactive and database marketing.
From 1991 to 1995, Mr. Steinberg worked in the Deloitte & Touche Consulting Group's Retail
and Direct Marketing practice, first as a senior consultant and then as a manager. He has
authored three books on interactive marketing, relationship marketing and database marketing
on behalf of the Direct Marketing Association, and holds a BA in Computer Science and Geography
from Clark University along with his MS in Venture Capital Management from the MIT Sloan
School of Management.
